General Questions
Can we just come in and play any day?
Yes. Check our business hours and come in. A game of Laser Tag lasts 7 minutes. We run a game every 10 minutes. Even if our birthday parties are completely booked, we still have a game every 20 minutes available for the public. The games are first come, first served and we can fit up to 44 players in each game. Public games run at the o’clock, 20 after, and 40 after the hour. If your group would like to schedule a break in between your game times to play in the arcade or to eat, just let us know.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Proper ID is required for all non-cash transactions.
How does your arcade work? I don't see anywhere to put tokens.
Our arcade runs off of a swipe card system that uses our Power Play Cards. Most games in our facility have small yellow boxes on the game themselves which is where the card is to be swiped in order to play the game. Power Play cards may be loaded with credits at any register or at our kiosk.
How do I get tokens for the games that use actual tokens?
For our few token drop games that require you to drop a physical token into the actual game, we have 2 token changers in the arcade where you are to take your Power Play card and swipe them at the token changer in order to convert your credits from your card into tokens. Just note that each token changer has 2 yellow boxes, each one with a specified amount of tokens you will recieve when you swipe your card, so be sure you swipe at the correct one.
Party Questions
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. The only outside food that we do allow is a birthday cake.
Am I allowed to tip the Party host or hostess?
Great service is included in your package, but for exceptional service, a gratuity is customary and acceptable.
When do I need to arrive?
Tell your guests to arrive when the party time is set to begin. We already have 15 minutes built in to the start of the party for arrival time for your guests. You should arrive only 5 to 10 minutes early to check in with your party host/ess. At this time you will need to decide what type of pizza and drinks you would like for your event and the host/ess will review how the party will run and see if you would like to add on party upgrades.
Will I be charged for adults or children who are under 7 years old or 48 inches tall?
Children not meeting the age OR height requirements will not be charged for since they can not play Laser Tag. Adults (18+) will only be charged for if you want them to play Laser Tag. Each adult is charged $2.00 per game and this will be added to your bill. Soft drinks will be supplied for all guests. If you would like to order extra pizza, just let your host/ess know. Large one-topping pizzas for parties are $10 plus tax.
Do I need to bring my own paper products?
No. We supply all cups, plates, napkins, candles and flatware. Our job is to make sure that you don’t have to bring anything.
What if I want a themed party?
If you would like to stop by and take a tour of our facility and party rooms, please feel free. We would be happy to show you around. You are welcome to bring additional decorations, however nothing can be attached to the murals in the party rooms with tape, staples, or pins. Also, please no confetti or glitter is allowed in any area of the building.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is only refundable or transferable if your party is canceled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date.
How far in advance should I book my event?
Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s most popular times book up fast. Weekdays are more flexible and easier to accommodate your party needs. To get the date and time you are looking for, please call us at least 2 months in advance.
Who will be playing in my Laser Tag games?
If you reserve a Mega birthday party, or a Mega Group, it will just be your group in the arena for each game. If you book an original birthday you will be playing with, not against, another original birthday. We will only book originals with up to a 2 year age difference.
What if I want different food other than the supplied pizza and cupcakes?
As stated before, you are allowed to bring your own birthday cake. For all other food, we do provide catering options for parties that would like food other than pizza. Please let us know if you would like any catering items at least a week before your scheduled party. Click here for our catering menu.
